We just hit a great milestone -- two and a half days in, Laser Kittens has 100 people who want to see a game about tiny kittens growing up and using their special laser powers. We're also over 2/3 of the way to our base funding goal. We've got a bunch of media lined up for the rest of the month and we're really excited to see how big this campaign gets before the end. Keep spreading the word to anyone you know who loves cats and games and games about cats!

And for your kitten of the day, here's Draco learning to play Laser Kittens at one of our first playtests:

We're nearly halfway to our funding goal only 10 hours after launching. We're so grateful to all of you who are making this happen, and excited to see what the next month brings for Laser Kittens.

Now that you've backed our project, what else can you do to help make Laser Kittens a success?

  • Share the Kickstarter with anyone you know who likes kittens and games
  • Tweet your best kitten adventures with the hashtag #LaserKittens -- we'll share our favorites with everyone
  • Like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, or join our mailing list to hear about future projects from Glittercats Fine Amusements

And here's a profile of one of our KSSWK alumni, who will be an NPC that you can incorporate into your games of Laser Kittens:

Brigadier Fuzzykins
Brigadier Fuzzykins

Brigadier Fuzzykins, sometimes just called "The Brigadier," is an extremely fluffy kitten. His fluff helps him to get humans to pick him up, and give him pets and treats. But being a fluffy kitty also means he gets more baths, and baths are not fun for any kitty.
